Eminence - A sell out success

Following a flurry of unprecedented buyer demand, Villawood has recently announced the sell-out success of its Doreen based residential community ‘Eminence’.

Launched during 2008, Eminence’s 327 lots have sold in rapid succession across eight land stages within Melbourne’s booming northern growth corridor.

Already home to approximately 100 residents, the Eminence development is quickly taking shape with its range of walking tracks and bike paths as well as the central community ‘Graff’s Park’ including barbeque and picnic facilities complete. Home construction continues at Eminence which will eventually become home to approximately 900 residents in Doreen.
