“We carried out some in-depth research into the area and the housing opportunities available and selected Wellsford Gardens. It exceeded our expectations in terms of the type of community we would like to raise our family in.
“We were really looking for a community that was freshly established and included quality facilities, yet maintained that country feel.
“Joanna and I both agreed, after visiting Wellsford Gardens, that it represented all of these elements and with four children the added convenience of nearby schools and sporting fields, is really valuable.
“The kids are really looking forward to having a garden to play in. They’re already fighting over gardening as an opportunity to earn some pocket money!
“They’re also excited about having their own rooms and selecting their own colour schemes.
“My wife and I simply can’t wait to have a place to call our own, as soon as we were shown lot eight, overlooking the Wellsford State Forest, we knew it was the one for our family home,” Mr Stevens said.
